1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using VibeWake ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VibeWake. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of VibeWake, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Providing accurate and current information

You may not share your account with others or allow anyone else to access your account through your Sign in with Apple credentials.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

VibeWake offers both free and paid subscription options ("Pro"). By subscribing to VibeWake Pro, you agree to the following terms:

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change with 30 days notice
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings
• Refunds: Refunds are handled at Apple's discretion according to their refund policy

Subscription management is available through Settings > Manage Subscription in the App, or through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Permitted Use and Restrictions

You agree to use VibeWake only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in VibeWake, including audio files, motivational scripts, visual designs, graphics, logos, user interface elements, and code, is owned by VibeWake and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeWake is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that alarms will always function as intended.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeWake shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VibeWake at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through the App's settings.
